The bos898 Story
Bos898 started in 2018 with one simple premise — Malaysian players deserve an online entertainment platform that truly understands their needs. Not a platform imported from abroad that doesn't grasp how Malaysians play, how they deposit, or what they expect from customer service. We wanted to build something that was genuinely Malaysian.
In the early days, bos898 had only a handful of slot games and a basic casino section. But from day one, we knew what mattered most — trust. Without trust, no platform can last. So every decision we made, from selecting game providers to building our security systems and processing withdrawals, was made with player trust as the top priority.
In six years, bos898 has grown considerably. Today we have over 1,000 games from world-class providers, more than 100 Live Casino tables active 24 hours a day, and Sports Betting coverage spanning the EPL, Malaysia Super League, badminton, and MLBB esports. More importantly, we have a community of over 500,000 registered members from across Malaysia — from Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Penang, Kota Kinabalu, and Kuching, all the way to Kota Bharu and Alor Setar.
This growth didn't come from promotions alone. It came from real player experiences — from members who felt genuinely satisfied, told their friends, and kept coming back because they knew bos898 was a platform they could trust. That is an achievement we take more pride in than any statistic.
The bos898 Journey
Bos898 was founded with a vision to provide a safe, fair, and user-friendly online entertainment platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. It started with a core slots collection and support for local e-wallets.
The Live Casino section launched in partnership with Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live. Baccarat, roulette, and blackjack tables with real dealers went live 24 hours a day for Malaysian players.
Bos898 reached the milestone of 100,000 registered members. The Sports Betting section was expanded with full coverage of the Malaysia Super League, EPL, and BWF badminton tournaments. DuitNow and FPX deposit systems were added.
The VIP Rewards Program launched with five tiers from Bronze to Diamond. An esports section was added with coverage of MLBB MPL Malaysia, Dota 2, and CS2 — recognising the growth of the local esports community.
The slots collection expanded to over 500 titles with the addition of PG Soft, NetEnt, and Habanero. The platform was fully optimised for mobile. Monthly player winnings exceeded RM 50 million for the first time.
Bos898 now has over 500,000 active registered members across Malaysia. Progressive jackpots exceed MYR 6 million. We continue to invest in platform security, game variety, and a world-class player experience.

Our Core Values
Every decision made by the bos898 team — from platform design to withdrawal policies — is guided by four core values we have held firmly since day one.
These values aren't slogans put on display. They are the operating standards we hold ourselves to, and everyone in the bos898 organisation is accountable for living them out in their daily work. When you play at bos898, you'll feel the difference.
We believe that a responsible entertainment platform must place player wellbeing above short-term profit. This isn't idealism — it's the right and sustainable way to run a business over the long term.
All the information you need to make informed decisions — game RTP, bonus terms, and withdrawal policies — is stated clearly. No hidden terms, no unpleasant surprises.
All bos898 games use certified RNG technology or real live dealers. There is no way for any party — including bos898 itself — to manipulate game outcomes.
Every platform update, every new promotion, every improvement is made based on feedback from real players. Your satisfaction is the most important measure of our success.
Bos898 is committed to responsible gaming. We provide players with control tools — deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion options — along with education on how to enjoy entertainment in a healthy and safe way.
